AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the GONXLEVEL Affiliate Program! We are delighted to have your support as an affiliate and to reward you for your referrals. Before you join, please review the following terms and conditions, which outline the guidelines and responsibilities of being a GONXLEVEL affiliate.
1. Sign-Up Process
To become an affiliate, you must sign up through our affiliate management portal at affiliate.gonxlevel.io. Applications submitted outside of this portal will not be considered.
2. Commission Structure
As a GONXLEVEL Affiliate in 2025, you will earn a 10% monthly recurring commission for life on all referrals that click through your affiliate link and sign up for our services. This commission applies to the lifetime of the referred customer as long as they remain active.
3. Attribution
To ensure you receive credit for your referrals, the following conditions MUST be met:
The referral must click on your unique affiliate link.
The referral must sign up for GONXLEVEL through this link.
We do not manually attribute referrals to affiliates under any circumstances. All referrals must be properly tracked through your affiliate link.
4. No Tiered Systems
Our affiliate program does not offer tiered commission structures. Affiliates will only receive commissions on direct first-line referrals.
5. Amendments and Cancellations
GONXLEVEL MARKETING reserves the right to amend or cancel any affiliate's referral and commission structure at any time, for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, changes in commission rates, terms of service, discontinuation of the affiliate program, behaviour that does not align with the legal, moral of ethical practices of our brand; or any other reason.
6. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting GONXLEVEL. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. No Self-Referrals
You CANNOT claim affiliate commission for yourself or your own business. Any self-referrals will be rejected.
8. Termination
GONXLEVEL MARKETING reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or any actions that may harm GONXLEVEL MARKETING’s reputation. By signing up for the GONXLEVEL Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. GONXLEVEL MARKETING may update these terms and payout structures at any time, and it is the affiliate’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
